When I was building our management team in Dataclair.ai – O2 and PPF AI Centre of Excellence – Ivana helped us significantly. Specifically, my whole management team had several f2f workshops with her, and then all the managers had individual 1-1s with her. And the results were excellent: better day-to-day communication, aligned expectations when building products and also in project management, and I even think that it really helped as a retention for one of my managers who decided not to leave our team eventually.
